Our insurance agency is excited to hire a highly motivated individual to become a licensed sales producer. Our office is rapidly growing and we are interested in hiring the right individual to fit our team. We are looking for a strong team player who is willing to go that extra mile!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including internet leads, and lead databases
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Calling, presenting and selling insurance products and services
• Performing client-focused needs analysis meetings
• Following through and exceeding current and prospective client expectations
• Multi-tasking, setting, and reaching goals with an action plan

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Maintaining an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude daily
• Willingness to learn and remain coachable
• A great self-starter
• Team oriented
• Successful track record selling internet leads
• Strong computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various windows applications
• P&C license required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
